    1. Bookings & Payments

    • Secure your trip with a 20% deposit upon booking.
    • Full payment is required 45 days before your trip starts.
    • For last-minute bookings, full payment is required.
    • Prices in Saudi Riyal / USD may adjust for major currency changes.
    2. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancel 30+ days early: Full refund minus 5% fee (bank transaction fees only).
    • Cancel less than 30 days early: 50% of payment refunded.
    • Cancel less than 7 days: No refunds available.
    • In case of unexpected events such as natural disasters or unrest, we’ll help reschedule your trip.
    3. Rescheduling

    • More than 90 days before travel:
      You may reschedule your trip with no additional fee.
    • Between 30 and 90 days before travel:
      Rescheduling is possible. A fee may apply, depending on the arrangements already made.
    • Between 7 and 30 days before travel
      Rescheduling is allowed, but a fee will be charged.
    • Less than 7 days before travel:
      Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on availability and partner policies.
    4. Travel Documents

    • The passport must be valid for 6+ months post-arrival.
    • We assist with visas for eligible nationalities.
    • Follow Saudi vaccination rules; check guidelines before travel.
    5. Health & Safety

    • Medical and travel insurance are required for all guests. Our team can assist you in arranging this.
    • Disclose medical conditions when booking for your safety.
    • Guides certified in desert first aid and emergency care.
    6. Responsibilities

    • We are not responsible for delays or events beyond our control.
    • Weather changes? We will arrange safe, exciting alternatives.
    7. Children & Families

    • Children under 12 get 15% off in certain tours. Discounts are marked separately.
    • Child safety seats are included in all desert vehicle tours.
    8. Complaints

    • Report issues to your guide immediately for quick fixes.
    • Email contact@niatravels.com within 14 days post-trip for concerns.
    9. Privacy

    • Your data is only used to manage your booking.

    10. Legal

    • All agreements follow UAE laws.
    • Any legal disputes resolved in Dubai courts.
    11. Updates

    • We make updates to these terms whenever necessary.
